Maharashtra lockdown extended till 7 am on June 1; here are new guidelines of ‘Break the Chain’ order.
To control the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, Maharashtra state government has extended the lockdown once again.

New guidelines for lock-down in Maharashtra
- Any person entering traveling Maharashtra by any mode of transport will have to carry a negative RTPCR test report which will have to be issued from up to a maximum of 48 hours before the time of his entry into the state.
- Milk collection, transport, and processing may be allowed without restrictions.
- Personnel engaged in airport and port services and needed for movement of cargo related to medicines or equipment needed for COVID-19 management will be allowed to travel in local, mono, and metro services.
- Local District Management Authority (DMA) authorized to impose further restrictions generally or to specific sectors or specific areas with intimation to SDMA and shall give at least 48 hours of public notice before making such further restrictions apply.
